Seen something you love but want it your way? This is where we make one-offs. Bring us your own design, a name or date to add to an existing piece, a different size for an awkward wall, or an idea you've not seen anywhere — and we'll etch it to order. Most things are possible, and half the fun is figuring out the ones that sound like they shouldn't be. Tell us what you've got in mind and we'll take it from there.

How it works:

1. Tell us your idea. Send over what you're after — a design, some words, a size, a reference photo, whatever you've got. Nothing's too rough at this stage.

2. We send you a proof. Once we've got the details we'll quote you and send a digital proof to approve, so you can see exactly how it'll look before anything's made.

3. We make it and send it. Give the proof the nod, and we'll craft your piece and get it on its way to you.

Good-to-knows (lead time, deposit, returns):

This is only available on frames we have access too. If you have seen a frame on our website that is always easier. However if you have a proof of concept we can work from there.
Custom pieces are made just for you, so they take a little longer than something off the shelf — we'll give you a realistic lead time when we quote. We ask for a deposit before we start, with the balance due once you've approved your proof. And because each commission is one-of-a-kind and made to your spec, custom orders can't be returned or refunded — which is exactly why we get your sign-off on the proof first.
