How can you be contacted?
Please use our contact us page. This will email us directly. If it is regarding an order please have your order number.
We aim to respond to your inquiries as quickly as possible - normally same day (Monday-Friday 9-5) but being small team sometimes during busy periods this could take a few days - thank you for your patience if this is the case!
When will my order ship?
For Mirrors, we aim within 5 days. This depends on the making the product of if it is in stock.
For Clothing. The same, the items are made in house by us. Made to order. If we have the garments in stock this will reduce the time frame.
For Coffee or Accessories. Subject to the product itself. Normally 2 days if the product in stock.
Your order may have shipped. Check your spam. Just in case.
If it is beyond this time. Please contact us.
What are the clothing sizes?
Check out our size guide page. From Tops to Jackets. If it is a clothing product, it will have the size.
Do you have any stores we can purchase from?
