An anatomical bat skeleton, wings outstretched, finely etched onto black mirror glass and set in a bold black frame.
Most etched mirrors use traditional silver glass. This one is made on black mirror glass, which gives a darker, smoky reflection and a far more gothic look. The engraving catches the light against the dark glass, so every wing bone, rib and claw seems to glow out of the shadows.
The mirror is landscape, which gives the full wingspan room to spread. The frame can hang on the wall or stand on its built-in kickstand, so it suits a gallery wall, mantel, shelf, desk or dressing table. It’s a striking gift for lovers of gothic home décor, bats, natural history and oddities, and it makes a perfect Halloween piece that works all year round.
Etched anatomical bat skeleton design
Black mirror glass, for a darker gothic reflection than silver mirror
Size: 18cm wide × 13cm high (landscape)
Weight: 2kg
Black frame with wall-hanging fixing and a fold-out kickstand
Please note: product photos are taken under controlled lighting. Because black mirror glass reflects its surroundings, the colour and reflection may look slightly different depending on your lighting and room.
